Hi Rich Rushing here. My years of experience as a residential, new construction and commercial building inspector, knowledge of construction methodologies and code requirements provide the consumer with the knowledge that they are getting high value for their return on investment.

We pledge to be totally committed to customer satisfaction and protect our client's interest irrespective of the sale or building schedule. We are members of the Independent Home Inspectors of North America (IHINA), an organization that signs a pledged to work only for the client’s interest and not solicit from businesses that may have an interest in the sale. I feel strongly that we are being hired to give an unbiased inspection report of the property, without regard to anyone who may have a commission or who may have referred us due to reputation. Our loyalties are 100% to the customer—no one else.

With years in the inspection business, and over two thousand, four hundred inspections and a member of the International Code Council, we'll provide you with an extremely detailed report that goes beyond the minimum requirements as directed by the Texas Real Estate Commission's Standards of Practice (see the sample report ‘tab’ above). This attention-to-detail of the inspection process will allow you to make the informed decision that you should expect to be armed with when entering into final negotiations before closing.

No, we are not the cheapest. Usually you’ll find that the newer and less experienced companies will provide the cheap inspections. In my opinion, this inspection is much too important of an item scrimp on $20-$50 or even $100.00 discount inspection by an inexperienced individual. There is an old saying… “You get what you pay for”-- to update that saying, you can also add… “You don’t get what you don’t pay for”. Experience—Knowledge—Integrity—Quality of work. That’s all the public wants. That’s what we provide.
